Another type of coaster that is all over Japan are these bizarre little "Wild Mouse" coasters. They are almost always from a manufactuerer like Meisho or some other Japanese company. While they all sound like they are falling apart, some of them, like this one, are actually quite good!

The "Jet Coaster" is the Japanese term for "Roller Coaster" which is why so many coasters in Japan carry this name. Most of them are more family-style rides, without loops or inversions, mostly small hills, and many of them are very long. This is a B&M Dive Machine in Shanghai China. From what I understand the layout is nearly identical to SheiKra at Busch Gardens Tampa with only some minor changes to fit into the area.

Sendai Highland's Loop the Loop "shuttle coaster" is easily one of the most insane coasters of it's type I've been on.  It looks more like the Schwarzkopf shuttle loops, but like a Boomerang, pulls you up the first spike instead of launching.  It's that initial backwards drop that gets me every time.  Not to mention this ride pulls some crazy G's at the bottom of the loop!
